Please remember to turn off the air conditioners before leaving the apartment. This is an important step in ensuring energy conservation and avoiding unnecessary electricity bills. It is kindly requested that the temperature remain unchanged and not be adjusted either up or down. The electricity in Dominicus is very expensive, in order to keep our home available at a reasonable price we need your cooperation. It is mandatory that all overnight guests are registered within the reservation request and verified at the reception. The maximum number of overnight guests allowed is six. Please ensure compliance with this requirement. It is imperative that you contact me before inviting any visitors over. I must send a communication to the security officer to authorize access. This is a necessary protocol to ensure safety and security. Visitors to the guests should not exceed four. All approved guests will report to reception to show ID with a photo. (All approved guests will have to exit the building no later than 10 p.m.). Please note that the key is only for registered guests. All guests are responsible for any damage caused to the building's common areas, including any associated legal fees. It is strictly prohibited to possess illegal drugs on the premises. It is strictly prohibited to smoke cannabis on the premises. Please note that smoking is not permitted indoors at our residence. We request that all guests adhere to this policy. Please be aware that guests who violate this policy will be subject to a fine of $250 and charged for smoke removal. Please treat my home respectfully as a guest by using coasters on the furniture provided and keeping the place tidy. While I do a thorough cleaning, it would be greatly appreciated if guests could pick up after themselves and avoid leaving an excessive mess or garbage. Kindly place all the dishes you use in the kitchen sink. We want to remind everyone that leaving garbage bags outside the apartment or in the corridors is prohibited. We expect all visitors to cooperate in maintaining a clean and safe environment by disposing of their trash in the designated areas outside daily. If you cannot locate the trash dumpster, kindly ask me or the reception staff for assistance. As you exit towards the main gate (Security Post), the dumpster is on the left side. Do not stain the white towels. A $10 fine per towel will be charged for any stains found on the towels, regardless of whether the stain comes out in the wash. Do not use towels to clean up blood, dirt, or other unsanitary messes. Please use the paper towel found in the kitchen instead. All makeup must be removed before using the pillows. Removal of makeup from the linens is very difficult and time-consuming. There are makeup-removing wipes above the towels in the bathroom. Toiletries are provided as a courtesy to guests who forget something. They are not complimentary gifts like those you would find in a hotel. Guests are provided with laundry detergent and bounce sheets to complete any necessary laundry. Please do not make excessive use of the laundry facilities. When finished, leave the washing machine door slightly open. Late check-outs and early check-ins are challenging since the listing is always booked back-to-back. Depending on the circumstance, fees for an early check-in and/or late check-out may range from $25 to the cost of the reservation's nightly rate. Lost key is $100. Please refrain from discarding items off the balcony and avoid using them to hang clothing, towels, or sheets. Free parking is provided and marked with your apartment number. Any additional parking must be reserved for families with two vehicles. Pets- Please note that we only allow up to two small dogs as pets in our apartment. However, we regret to inform you that we do not permit cats, snakes, or any other rare pets. There will be an insignificant pet fee to help with the cleaning supplies to maintain an odor free space. Please note that the swimming pool, gazebo, and event area are available for shared use. To ensure a pleasant user experience, we ask everyone to follow the established rules and guidelines. • Quiet hours are in effect from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. • Please be respectful of others’ desires for alone and quiet time. • Clean up after yourself. • Personal items must not be left in the common areas, including the bathroom. • After using the sink and shower in the bathroom, please rinse both. . Please ensure you take responsibility for your pets and clean up after them. Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi Regulations: Just a friendly reminder to all guests using our swimming pool and Jacuzzi: we have some additional rules to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment. We kindly ask that you follow these guidelines: - The pool and Jacuzzi are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. - Please keep in mind that there is no lifeguard on duty. - An adult must supervise children at all times. - Please shower before entering the pool or Jacuzzi. - Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in or around the pool or Jacuzzi area. - Wearing a T-shirt while bathing is not allowed. - Diving is strictly prohibited. - Topless bathing is not allowed. - Pets are not allowed in the pool or Jacuzzi area. - You may listen to music within the pool and jacuzzi, but please be mindful of your surroundings and keep the volume reasonable. - A first aid kit is available at the reception desk. I appreciate your cooperation in keeping our pool and Jacuzzi area a safe and enjoyable place for all guests. Fee summary: I take my Airbnb business and these rules very seriously. I do this to ensure the next guest will receive the unit in the same immaculate condition as you did. For most guests, these will be common sense, but they may not be obvious in some cases.
